Transformative Brand & Website Redesign for DEA

Comprehensive Brand and Website Design Elevating DEA’s identity with strategic branding, bold design, and seamless UX/UI—amplifying their impact as leaders in disability employment advocacy.

Disability Employment Australia (DEA) stands at the forefront of advocating for disability employment services, driving policy change, and providing industry leadership. Despite their significant role, DEA's brand and digital presence lacked the punch to reflect their influence and dedication. Their brand needed a complete overhaul to better communicate their mission, values, and the breadth of their work.

We started with a deep dive into DEA’s market position, audience, and objectives, building a strategy that aligned with their mission to advocate for disability employment services.
This foundation shaped a clear and consistent tone of voice—authoritative yet empathetic, professional yet approachable—reflecting DEA’s values and resonating with their community.
From there, we redefined their positioning to highlight leadership and impact, supported by a modern and inclusive visual identity.
Every element, from logo design to typography and colour palette, reinforced professionalism and accessibility. Combined with a cohesive creative direction, we delivered a brand system that elevated DEA’s presence and cemented their authority in the sector.

Creative and clever user experience with accessible design—no compromises.
While Enterprise Monkey handled the website development, we led the UX and UI design. Our goal was to deliver a high-impact, creative solution that met accessibility standards without compromise. We focused on an intuitive, user-friendly interface, making it easy for users to access information, engage with content, and understand DEA’s services and impact.
The Outcome

The results speak for themselves. DEA’s new brand identity and website design have significantly elevated their market presence. Key outcomes include:

  • Enhanced Brand Recognition: The new visual and verbal identity has made DEA instantly recognisable and memorable, strengthening their brand equity.
  • Improved User Engagement: The user-friendly design has led to increased engagement, with more visitors interacting with content and resources.
  • Clearer Communication: The refined tone of voice and positioning have clarified DEA’s message, making it easier for stakeholders to understand and support their mission.
Our collaboration with Disability Employment Australia exemplifies the power of strategic branding and thoughtful design.
By aligning every element of their brand with their mission and values, we helped DEA not only look better but also communicate more effectively and connect more deeply with their audience. This project underscores our commitment to delivering impactful, purpose-driven brand solutions.
We are thrilled with the new website that Still Not Scated has created for us. Since launching our redeveloped site, we have seen increased traffic and enquiries. We can now add a range of content online to share with families to support them during their child's learning journey.
